We will gladly accept the return of general non-personalized products that are defective due to error or mistakes in manufacturing and/or workmanship for up to 30 days from date of purchase for store credit. 

All returned items for exchange/store credit must be authorized by Right On The Walls®.
 Any product received without prior authorization, RMA# or incomplete paperwork cannot be processed and will be refused.

*No returns are accepted for personalized or custom printed products.
*No returns will be processed for customer error in installation.
*No returns or store credit will be processed after 30 days, no exceptions.

Credit will be issued in the form of a gift code which may be used toward a future purchase. To redeem a gift card, enter the unique number provided to you in our shopping cart during checkout. Your unique gift card number can only be used once. Once the gift card has been used it will immediately expire along with any unused funds. Your gift card credit will not cover shipping cost.

Each design is custom made to order, there may be variations or alterations made to the design which may differ slightly from the image or pictures shown on our website to accommodate the increased or decreased number of characters in names, dates & other customized information. No exchange or credit will be issued for personalized or customized orders (including custom text, names, colors, sizes, logo, prints, photographs, or other). 

If there is a mistake in the product personalization that is our fault, or missing pieces of your order — contact us within 30 days and we will replace the item(s). After the 30 day period, no refund will be issued, and no refund or credit will be issued for missing pieces — no exceptions.

The RMA# you are issued is valid for 30 business days. After 30 business days the RMA# will expire and void. Your returned shipment must be received within 30 business days or the package will be refused and returned to you.

Mail your return USPS Priority with Tracking Number. In the event your return package is lost in transit, we will not be held responsible for replacement or credit of lost merchandise.
