Is There Always Craft Vinyl Stock Available?
Yes, we always stock both HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) and Permanent glossy white vinyl so we can custom print the pattern you order. We do not keep an inventory of printed vinyl - to ensure your prints are always fresh and never stored on a shelf.

Do Vinyl Sheets Have A Shelf Life?
Yes, we print every order fresh to prevent our customers from receiving dated vinyl. Both Heat Transfer Vinyl and Permanent vinyl can become dryer with age.

What Brand of Cutters Will the Vinyl Work With?
You can use our custom printed vinyl sheets with any hobby or commercial vinyl cutter! Some of the more popular brands are Cricut, Brother Scan and Cut, R-Series Cutter, Table Titan, MH Craft Cutter, Silhouette Cameo, Portrait, Curio, Craft ROBO, Graphtec and Wishblade Digital Cutter.

Do The Vinyl Sheets Come Uncut?
Yes, the sheet will be solid and uncut. You will need to cut your own creative design, monogram or text into the craft vinyl sheets. You must have a vinyl or hobby cutter to digitally cut the materials, or hand cut your design with an exacto.

What Size Are The Vinyl Sheets?
Our standard vinyl sheets are cut 12" x 12" square to fit a large variety of cutters.

Do You Provide Instructions for Cutting?
Because all vinyl cutters are different, please refer to the manual that came with your machine for craft vinyl cutting instructions and blade depth requirements for htv and permanent adhesive vinyl sheets.

What are the Basic Steps for Cutting HTV Vinyl?
1. Load your machine and cut the vinyl with blade cutting the printed side.
2. Do not mirror-image
3. Remove the excess vinyl from around your cut text or design
4. Apply transfer tape
5. Remove the backing
6. Place on your garment face up in position
7. Top with a cover sheet

Will the Printed HTV Come With a Mask Sheet?
Yes, each order of htv will include 1 sheet of Siser EasyMask and instructions for using the clear mask. One sheet of EasyMask can be used multiple times.

Do You Offer Sheet Sizes Not Shown In The Listings?
We do offer custom printing in other sizes by request. If you'd like a larger or smaller vinyl sheet, send us an email and we'll get it priced out & printed for you.

Will You Print a Custom Pattern on Vinyl?
Yes! We can print your high resolution or vector graphic artwork as long as you are the legal owner or have permission from the copyright owner.
