Your use of this website and/or purchase of our products indicates your agreement to and complete understanding of our Terms and Conditions. Please review the below items carefully.

SHIPPING
Please check the USPS tracking information emailed to you at the time of shipment. If you can not find your shipping confirmation email or have deleted it, please enter your transaction number here: Find My Tracking Number.

We make every effort to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner! We do not guarantee a delivery date & accept no responsibility for delays occuring due to unforeseen circumstances.

Right On The Walls is not responsibile for any customer missed dates, events, deadlines or other caused by poor order planning or unexpected shipping delays. If your order must be received within a specified timeline — contact us to make sure we can accomodate the expedited order & pay the extra postage charge for express overnight shipping.

The tracking information provided by the USPS will let you know the status of your order. If we have shipped your package to a P.O. Box, please look for the delivery slip when you pick up mail or ask your postal worker if you have received a package. In the event of inclimate weather on the date of delivery, your postal carrier may have elected to leave a notifcation slip advising you to pick your item(s) up at your local post office.

Your package will be held locally for pick-up for up to 15 days. If your items are not picked up from your local post within this timeframe they are considered abandoned and will be returned to us. We will hold your package for an additional 15 days. To retrieve your package from us, please notify us & we will gladly re-send the package to you for the cost of re-shipping.

In the event your package is abandoned & never returned to us, we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen, abandoned or discarded packages. If we receive your abandoned parcel we will hold it for 15 days. Once 15 days have expired, your product will be discarded and no replacement product will be provided.

International orders may be subject to delay in customs. We have no control over international delays in shipment, and will not issue a refund.

All packages marked 'Delivered' by the USPS will be considered as such. We accept no responsiblity for lost or stolen packages after they are delivered by your local postal carrier. 

PRODUCTION TIMELINE
All products are custom made-to-order, and therefore must follow a strict production schedule. Your purchase will be shipped no later than 7 business days from the date of order.

Rush Processing is available on most orders for a 15% surcharge. Rush processing includes decal production and ready for standard shipping within 24 hours from payment. Rush processing does not include expedited shipping charges.

USPS Express Overnight Shipping is available by request (within the U.S. only). The cost of Overnight Shipping is $35 on top of any standard shipping cost. Overnight packages are insured up to $100.

CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS
Each design is custom made to order, there may be slight variations or alterations made that may differ from the images or pictures shown on our website to accomodate the increased or decreased number of characters in names, dates & other customized information. 

IMAGES
You understand that images and photographs may not be copied from this website. This includes product images, client supplied photographs, any altered or original photographs found on this website or any marketing material that you may receive from us.

Photos, images and artwork found on this website may consist of original photography, royalty-free photography & design, and customer supplied photographs.

Permission granted to access and display images from this site on your screen only when loaded from our site via the World Wide Web for non-commercial purposes only. You may not retain copies of images, sounds, data, or text found on the Right On The Walls® website.

You agree not to violate the intellectual property of Right On The Walls.

TRADEMARK
Right On The Walls is a federal USPTO registered trademark, 2007. This site is protected by trademark law under U.S. and international law. All rights reserved.

Right On The Walls trademark name may not be used in any manner that is confusingly similar, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Right On The Walls.

DECAL PRODUCT LIABILITY
Because there are many types of surfaces for which the vinyl decal product may be applied, and all different types of paint and other surfaces, we will not guarantee the vinyl decal product will stick to your space. The professional materials we use to create our vinyl artwork is approved as interior safe. Right On The Walls shall not be held liable in the rare event that any damage is caused during installation or removal.

You have read, understand and agree to our Privacy Policy. 

PAYMENTS
We offer payment options that are safe and easy to use. Full payment is collected for online orders at the time of checkout. You represent and warrant that when you are purchasing from us, you will (1) provide true and complete information for payment (2) enter only payment information that is your own, and (3) provide complete payment for items purchased plus shipping cost during checkout.

PRODUCT REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS
Product Reviews & Testimonials will be read before posting live on our website. All submissions must be approved for publication on the ROTW website. We check to make sure the reviews are submitted by an actual customer who has utilized the product before approval. Product reviews may not contain any language including profanity, discriminatory remarks or other language not suitable for a public website. Images uploaded to our Customer Gallery may not be of an obscene, abusive or distateful nature.

All product reviews must be focused on the product itself and your personal experience. Please do not submit feedback that is a customer service issue (typo, color selection, pricing, sizes, delivery or other).

We welcome and encourage your photo submissions and comments about our products. Once submitted, all photos become the property of Right On The Walls and may be used by us for any purpose, including but not limited to use online or for marketing collateral.
